Terms and Conditions
The following quoted rates include Airport Shuttle to and fro each hotel, Accommodation, Breakfast, tax and daily shuttle services to and from Conference venue – Labadi Beach Hotel
The rates quoted are for single occupancy standard rooms and the next grade of accommodation (single occupancy) after it only. The rates are not for suites or higher-grade rooms than indicated. Those will have to be booked at rates indicated by each hotel for them.
To secure reservations at the rates shown above, rooms must be reserved by 19 September 2025.
A reservation will only be confirmed once a non-refundable deposit for one day is made for the room of choice
After 19 September 2025, room rates may change, and rooms will only be reserved at the then current rate and subject to then applicable terms and conditions stipulated by the particular hotel.
